Summer Beach Body | Core Workout (no equipment)
Welcome to our Summer Beach Body series! 🌞 In this video, we're focusing on a quick and effective 6-minute core workout that you can do right on the beach with no equipment needed. Perfect for getting that toned and strong midsection while enjoying the beautiful outdoor setting.
Workout Overview:
Duration: 6 minutes
Intensity: Moderate
Equipment: None
Location: Beach
Exercises Included:
Scissors (30 seconds)
Lie on your back with legs extended. Lift both legs off the ground slightly and alternate crossing them over each other.
V-Ups (30 seconds)
Lie flat, then lift your legs and upper body simultaneously, reaching for your toes to form a "V" shape.
Toe Touches (30 seconds)
Lie on your back with legs extended straight up. Reach your hands toward your toes, lifting your shoulders off the ground.
Crunches (30 seconds)
Traditional crunches with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your shoulders towards your knees.
Side Planks (30 seconds each side)
Hold a plank position on your side, supporting your body with one arm and keeping your body in a straight line.
Plank March (30 seconds)
Start in a plank position and alternate lifting each hand to shoulder level while maintaining a strong core.
Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Quickly alternate bringing your knees to your chest in a plank position.
Modified Push-Ups (30 seconds)
Perform push-ups on your knees, ensuring your back remains straight and core engaged.
Elbow to Floor Push-Ups (30 seconds)
Start in a plank position, lower one elbow to the floor, then the other, and return to plank.
Push-Up Toe Touches (30 seconds)
Perform a push-up and at the top, reach your opposite hand to your opposite foot.
Side Crunches (30 seconds each side)
Lie on your side and crunch upwards, focusing on the obliques.
Benefits:

Enhances balance and stability
Burns calories and boosts metabolism

Wow! you cirque du soleil artist are just so far ahead of every comparable sportsman. a handstand on a thin wire..... im trying to handstand without a wall and it is nearly impossible for me even though i have the muscles and tried it for a few month :'D but that is really inspiring! i want to do a handstand now sooo bad!

hey thanks for you answer! i would love that. i want it real bad, because i am a climber and this would be the perfect exciting antagonist training. it would unlock so many exercises on top of it :) i did one for 5 seconds today, but i did not found any balance during those 5 seconds and was "swinging" back and forth. i would really like to know a method to get into perfect balance for the start so i can hold it from there. at the moment i just swing into the wall, and try to gently kick me away from the wall so i can start balancing. i dont have a partner to help me most of the times. and after that i would just balance with everything ive got. so with hips, feet and the hands. should my body be stiff and perfectly straight or do i have a higher chance if i spread my legs and maybe arch my back? if i would be able to do one i would also like to learn how to walk in the handstand =) maybe you can just quickly show that in this video aswell and where you want to pay attention to doing it. but if it doesnt fit in, i dont mind. have fun at your shows! and i wish you all the progress on your athletic journey!
@@Fred-oz3tw you need practice often, everyday, to find balance. I also have a abs workout video that should help get the strength needed to balance

It was so cool. The cube and the way it came apart and the gigantic puppet. Cirque du Soleil is really upping its level of staging and performance for a weektoring show. I was curious why future was originally doing a trapeze performance on a Washington trapeze but in the touring show she used a dance trapeze
