Unfortunately, this trail is very boring and doesn't leave much room for any tricks. It feels like one of those where the developer ran out of ideas and just added it to meet the 3-4 trails per map quota.

is this game like actually fun or is it js like fun for 5 mins
I mean, it's not going to be a game you'll grind and play for hours on end, but since its release, I've personally spent a little under 8 hours on it. That's just from exploring and experimenting on the first map and doing some of the trials on the second map. It truly depends on what kind of player you are and what you look for in games. This one doesn't have a story or true purpose; it's all about running around and doing the coolest tricks you can. On the other hand, there's nothing else like this game on the market so that makes it quite enjoyable for me.

are the kbm controls good for this game? I was thinking about buying but I see everyone using a controller and I dont have one so I dont know if I should
I haven't played much with MnK in this game (I see now that the settings are kind of bugged since I was, in fact, using a controller in this run), but from my minimal testing, it's alright. There has been a new update smoothing everything out further, so you should be fine. Of course, preferred inputs for this are a controller, but I think MnK should be fine.
how do you use the zipline?
Just run up to it, jump, and press both triggers. You're already holding the right trigger to run anyway, so just hold the left trigger as well.
how do you do the airwalk backflip
After a cartwheel or backhand spring, press left bumper + X/Square.

How did you do the Illusion twist (first trick) I kept trying the other day but I couldn't seem to figure out how to do it
The illusion twist is simply running while pressing the left bumper + X (or Square).

The first one is just running and pressing the left bumper + X/Square and the second to last one is cartwheel to back handspring to left bumper+ Y/Triangle

how are you getting these speed boosts? i think the bar at the bottom right should be full for you to be able to speed boost
Essentially every trick you perform generates just enough line meter to provide a slight burst of speed. That's why you see me doing so many sideflips in this instance; without those bursts of speed, the time trials become quite challenging, if not impossible. I haven't tested it if it's actually possible to get gold without using the speed boost.

No clue, this was just spike rush so maybe.
you can also use it to outplay enemies. like if you know they will pass u then ult and cancel at the very last second. its risky but for me it always works.
