Hi , I’ve just replaced all the “lid latches”, put the filter back together, attached it to my pump, (2500 Lts / hr), and now it seems to be leaking all around the lid. and I did put the O ring back in position ,, any ideas? Cheers
I’m having same problem, can’t get old to close or seal, must be a design fault, may take it to my local aquatic shop for help, so frustrating 😢
The moving parts on this filter are so badly designed. Every time you clean it out it leaks from the rocker. It would be a much better design if there was no rocker just a sealed unit with only 1 o ring to seal. The clean function does pretty much nothing. I really regret buying these

Hello, my unit has stopped working. The uv light is on and I can hear it but doesn't work in water
I got mine at homedepot and filled it with filter material that keeps the fish poo in the vacuum. Every 10 or so gallons I need to drain (opening the bottom seal) back into the pond.
why doesn't the rocker move on my filter only installed it today
