I am Serbian and currently residing in Canada. In Canada, the cost of housing has increased severely over the last 10 years with the price of the average home reaching over $800,000 and the cost of a one bedroom apartments hovering around $2,000 a month in larger urban centres. This makes Serbia look like an extremely appealing country to purchase property in. My husband and I currently looking into purchasing a property in Serbia in the next few years.

I think Portugal is wise to pace it's growth and allow for some balance particularly, for investors that are purchasing for BnB endeavours. In the big picture I think those that have purchased to settle in Portugal have definitely been value added and I'm sure the countryside has come to life again. Hello. Yes it is a cloned voice. I will try to train the AI model to make it more natural. The problem of recording myself is that it takes a lot of time and it needs a certain ambient to have a decent quality of audio. Today I am in an Airbnb in Kazakhstan, so it is hard to get a clean audio. I believe i can probably do a mix of real voice and AI. The goal is to be able to post content frequently without months of inactivity. Thanks!

that's indeed not ideal, but still better than nothing. Japan has also relaxed tourism visa regulations to some countries for stays of up to 90 days.

As a Canadian now calling Georgia as tax residency and Turkish citizenship (by marriage), Uruguay and Paraguay will be well suited to be my 3rd residency,

Very interesting. I used to recommend Georgia a lot to my audience, i stopped doing that due to the growing volatility in the region. Turkey is one of my favorite countries, I was there last week, but it is hard to see the country struggling with the inflation. South America is becoming more and more attractive not because it is improving, but because most countries (especially in Europe) are really in trouble.
