My best guess is he has maybe 4 cubes + the green cube, he hides them in his jacket and he just solves them really quickly with 1 hand, sounds dumb, but at 5:45 if you listen carefully you can actually hear the mic picking up the movement of the cube in his jacket. and at 6:17 he's padding time while he solves the cube behind the green folder all the cubes are already in his jacket, and he picks up the same cube. even at 3:54 he pads time and solves the cube with 1 hand

I wish they had a part of the show where they reveal the magic. No one else steal your trick bc it’s been revealed and we learn how it happens.

Apart from the green cube, it kind of ruins it because he is mixing the cube himself which means he can mix it 1-2 moves away from solving it. Then just make the moves and done. If you watch he always ’mixes’ the cube similarly and you can see clear patterns appearing and then solves it by one hand which anyone can do after a little practice.

This guy is really good at solving rubrics cube, I mean really good. Rubrics cube solving is math. Math can be memorized. I just can’t explain where the other cubes went.

That's a bit of a disappointing end, they could just infer it's a small charger.

I feel like this was a gimmick self-solving cube.

Is it forbidden to have a cube with digital tiny screens instead of a real cube? Isn't it as simple as square led screens that can change colors when you press something somewhere on the cube? He used the "screens" cube all along until the end when he switched it for a real cube in his jacket?

I'll admit, I'm a little confused by Penn's point at the end. "We used logic to figure out how you did this, but we can't figure out how you did it." Does that mean he knows how it's done or not? Or did he figure out the technique but not how the technique was applied?

I think you are just one handed solving the cubes very fast. You are setting them in a specific pattern of "mixing" that can be reversed easily so its not really even a solve. Even when you mix them in view you are doing so in this pattern.

Now that was cool!!! Yeah he knows how to solve a cube by reversing a simple scramble. But the other stuff 🤷

I'm guessing a special trick cube that can reset itself by pressing one of the center squares? I'm guessing he definitely has two of them, one with the green squares that's collapsible. Possibly custom engineered just for his performance. Well that's my theory.

all cubers know, you can one hand solve it, he's mixing it in the same order.

the half assed comment solves it. the trick is this. half of the cube is mixed, the other is fully solid. you just show the audience the other side of the cube

Totally confused... I'm confused how these guys didn't know there is a motor in the Rubik's cube.

if i should make the fake charger.. i would use a batteri and a finger tuch button.. diquiesed as a plug. so when the two ends off the plug tuches the skin. . the batteri gets connection to the mobile so it can charge a little. and do the magic

He was really banking on the part where it charged Penn's phone, as they knew how he did the rest. However, I believe the charger brick was actually a small battery, and touching both prongs completed the circuit, which resulted in delivering power to the phone.

Someone out there just put there phone on the charger and went....oooo I get it now. If ya know you know.

the extra cubes and the green cube are all the same idea, any cube that gets rotated is a real cube, and every rotated cube actually gets solved. I do know how to magically solve a rubics cube, and he doesn't say anything that is anything more then verbal misdirection. And theres actually 3 frames in the video that 100% show the trick happening.

I think I got most of it, just not entirely sure how he hid the other 2 cubes; my best guess would be that it's some prop that's easily destroyed or unfolded rather than an actual Rubik's cube

Maybe he built a cube with a bunch of mini oled displays?
