7:48 no cause belle isnt even my fav but I've always had a disdain for this version of belle over several instances across the show. no hate to the actress but the way she plays her dsnt really match the vibe i believe belle to have. here she's very meek naive goody-two-shoes while the animated version was kind but take-no-crap kind of person. she was book smart yes but she was also someone who wouldn't get manipulated like this one does. (also sode note, but i hated descendants' version of belle too)

Family Business- I really enjoy this episode from season four's Frozen arc. I agree with you, that it certainly isn't one of my favorites within this season. Nonetheless... it's still fun and there are so many twists and so much more of Ingrid's backstory explained, along with what has happened to Anna so far. It is certainly a lot to take in. :) My favorite scenes are small in comparison to the major storylines going on throughout this episode. But I am a sucker for the sweet and tender moments. I absolutely love the moments between Emma and Killian... after they find the file on Emma in Ingrid's ice cream truck, then... in the end in the station. I also love the scene between Anna and Kristoff too. And out of the major storylines within this episode... I really love the scenes between Rumple and Belle, in spite of the annoyance I feel towards the both of them. First... I love how supportive and gentle Killian is with Emma out in the woods as she's worried about Ingrid's plans for her. And it's hilarious when Killian states that he was once a child too, then how Emma jokes with him about him being one a million years ago, until he quickly tells her it was more like two hundred years ago. Still a long time. And in the end, I love it when Killian states "Don't I know it." when Emma asks why Ingrid would want her simply because she's blonde and hardly the only other one out in the world aside from Elsa. I just love that smug face he makes at her and seeing her smile at him. I love how supportive and protective Killian is of Emma in both scenes. And thirdly... I also absolutely love the lovely and adorable moment between Anna and Kristoff in the backstory. I love how Kristoff teases Anna about her falling in love with Hans in a day, then reminds her of how she had met him the very next day after Anna states that she had been young and naïve to think she had fallen in love with Hans so quickly. So cute!!! :) We don't get a whole lot of scenes between Anna and Kristoff together in the backstories, and I wish that we had gotten a few more, seeing as they are so adorable together and are one of my favorite couples in the show. But Anna with Kristoff are just cute and fun. It's amazing to me just how much they are alike their Disney characters in Frozen. These two I feel are among the characters who are easily the most like their Disney movie counterparts. Both Elizabeth Lail and Scott Michael Foster play them perfectly! Now... I enjoy the main storyline with Belle as she does all she can to try to right the wrong she committed back in the Enchanted Forest just after her mother was killed by an ogre during the time of the Ogre Wars trying to protect Belle. And I love how this storyline eventually comes to connect to the first ever storyline we see with Belle way back in season one's episode... Skin Deep, when Belle convinces her father to call on Rumplestiltskin for help. Now... I do enjoy the overall storyline with Belle and her past with Anna, and I enjoy their storyline as Anna guides Belle to Grandpabbie and the Rock Trolls to seek help in remembering what she couldn't in regards to her mother's death. Although... I do agree with you that it isn't quite as good of a storyline as it could have been had it been written differently. Nevertheless... I do enjoy it anyways. It's sad that we see an unexpected side of Belle when she chooses trying to save the memory rock over helping Anna. But I still enjoy how Belle does everything she can to make it right by finally telling Elsa the truth about knowing her sister and that she fears that Anna might be missing because the Snow Queen kidnapped Anna after her fall from the cliff. Plus... I appreciate that while all of the Disney movies show us perfect heroes and evil, evil villains, in Once Upon a Time, we get to see even the heroes flaws too. Which makes them feelmore real, and characters that we can all realte to all the more. And that's really important for me as a viewer for any show. As for the present storyline between Belle and Rumple... I really love it for the most part as well. I love the scene inside the Snow Queen's ice lair, as Belle becomes enthralled by the enchanted mirror, and sees herself as she taunts Belle about how naïve and foolish she is to believe in Rumple. And while it is cruel and terrifying for Belle, who was terrified upon hearing the dark magic's taunts, sadly we know it all to be true, because Gold is absolutely lying to Belle about her having a fake dagger and that he's still the man she once again believes him to be. Unfortunately, Gold makes up the perfect reasonable doubt to convince Belle he's not lying to her, and why he was able to come inside the lair despite Belle commanding him to wait outside. Poor Belle. And dang Rumple! I'm angry with Rumple for being so deceptive, especially for lying and hurting Belle so much, and it's sad, even annoying to me that Belle is so naïve to his deceptions. However, I still enjoy this storyline between them very much. Because these actors' acting is really great. Overall... this episode is still pretty good. And while it does seem strange that the Snow Queen's plans for Emma and Elsa involve replacing her sisters... it is an intriguing revelation and I'm so excited for the storylines to come. And I definitely agree with you that Belle most definitely acts very out of character for her, in ways that don't make sense in regards to who her character really is. Oh... and I especially love how Belle reveals to Emma, Killian, and Elsa in the end that Ingrid plans to enact the Spell of Shattered Sight, that will force everyone to turn on one another until they destroy each other, leaving only Emma, Elsa, and Ingrid alive. Yikes!!! This show is getting so exciting!!!! Thank you again, so much, Jessie! I can't wait for more reactions for Once Upon a Time to come!! Until next time... Sincerely, Heidi

I found a bit of an error in the movie. Toward the end when the pirate bully girl went into the office to take the book and found the girls had taken care of all the traps and took the book than froze when opening it. A plot hole in that is somehow she succeeded, but how? Being she is the wrong hands to have it or open it, and all her friends are also the wrong hands, who opened this book for her in order to get the needed recipe for her to change Reds life to bad?

I liked this one but it reminds me more of the books than the other movies and maybe that is why. The books that were written after the movies came out are 4 total in the series and now 5 that is based off this movie as well. This one is darker than the others and has scary parts as well unlike the original movies and I like that about it. My favorite song is Red as well it was from the moment I heard it before the movie came out and Hands Dirty is fun song as well. The tribute to Carlos makes me cry everytime seeing how we all know the actor passed away in 2019 and sso China's reaction when she cries was real and it makes it all the more touching. I do agree that it could have benifited from being a bit longer but I liked it none the less.

So the reason why they made it shorter and it ended like how it ended is because that's just part 1 of it.☺️😍

I just wanted to find out who ACTUALLY did the prank on Bridget. We can make the conclusion that in BOTH timelines, Uliana and her friends would’ve been frozen by the spell books safeguard so they couldn’t possibly have done the prank. Someone “good” took the book, but they were stopped by Red and Chloe without the girls even realizing. And if the present was changed, that means the reason leads back to them keeping the book from being taken by this mysterious “good” person.

i agree with the abrupt ending. the last act felt like we were still in act2. i had the same reaction as you "we only have 7 minutes left) this movie felt like they were just tailing on the success of the og trilogy but just setting up new characters. but even then i dont think any character actually got an in depth arc or development. plus the continuity from the og trilogy falls apart in several instances if you spend more than 2 minutes thinking about it. in addition to that, the costumes were giving cartoon. the styling was one of the strongest aspect of the trilogy because it was edgy/elegant but still felt like real teenager outfits that even we could pull off irl. i also really didnt like any of the songs except "red". all the rapping felt too forcee (like they were trying to recreate the hype of "it's going down" or "queen of mean" and failed imo.) plus no hate but malia's acting bothered me in a lot of scenes (i was actually expecting to be bugged by kylie's acting but she pulled it off well) i really dont wanna sound like a complaint box but this movie disappointed me even when i went into it expecting to be disappointed. the og series had the aspect of deep friendship, found family, nature vs nurture, the magic of the cartoon princesses/princes coming to life, the relatability of teenage struggles, the charm of lived in sets cause cgi wasnt all that and i could keep going. this felt so shallow amd weird and theres was nothing that i could latch onto in terms of "omg i love this aspect" yk.... (i will say tho rita ora slaytyed) the ONLY thing this movie has going on for itself was the cgi and budget.

Better ending: the queen of hearts did change but when Cinderella turns around she has no idea who her daughter was because since the prank never happened Cinderella didn’t meet the prince the same way. Then let that be the cliffhanger.

Thanks for teaching my Canadian self about Springsteen being from Jersey 🙏 I knew that when NGDB covered Cadillac Ranch, they changed the lyric that goes "Drivin' alone through the Wisconsin night." to say Colorado instead...so I figured they were changing it from his home state to theirs (tho now I know that's wrong) 😅 I have no idea why they changed it then, since he's not from Wisconsin and they're not from Colorado 😂 Maybe they thought Colorado was more "country" 🤷 Anyway, I learn something new every day! ❤

I really wanted to like this film because I really enjoyed the previous three but I was very disappointed. 🙁😣 The costumes weren't great, the songs weren't as rememberable as the previous three films and the movie didn't have a proper ending; it didn't even feel like it ended! 😡 Where's the big climax, what made the Queen of Hearts evil, where are the love interests and (based on the "ending") what's Uma planning!? 🤔😣😡 2/5 👎👎

Hearing the statement "I really want a pet rat" is super wild to me. I live in one of the few places in the world that doesn't have rats 🤣 Like we literally have a 600km rat border of defense here 😅 we've been a rat free province for over 70 years 🤷

The fact that on one side of the portal, Henry is begging Regina to shut down the murder trap...meanwhile, on the other side of the portal, there's a full on battle happening to see who GETS to go through the murder trap 😂 Like, if ever there's a battle you don't wanna be the winner of, it's that one! 😅 First time I watched it, I was so nervous 🤣

I’m glad there is a sequel planned, because it did end too fast. I wonder if Ella or Uma will turn out to be the villains in the next one

I thought the ending was seriously abrupt and anticlimactic. I didn't like that ending, but I'm kinda hoping there'll be more parts, because if not, it feels like an abridged version of a story.

Yeah, I would ultimately probably put my kid in the tree, but in doing so, I would be aware that I am essentially losing the right to have any sort of relationship with them in the future. It would be similar to giving someone up for adoption, like that's not your kid anymore, that's somebody else's kid now. And yeah, Emma never ended up with adoptive parents, so Snow and David are kind of in a unique position to maybe be able to work toward being that for her one day, but to just expect her to be like "Golly gee, hi, Mom and Dad, let's hug and be a family and no hard feelings," is naïve at best, negligent at worst. And yeah, Henry was immediate in the way he embraced Emma, but they should recognize that Henry's personality and Emma's are VERY different 😅 And speaking of naïve, maybe that's what I am, or maybe it's an Autism thing, but if someone told me that things like other worlds and magic and the supernatural existed, I would actually be like HA! I FREAKING KNEW IT! 🤣😂🤷

In case nobody has said it yet, the want ads having a job offer for a bike messenger is a reference to Hoodwinked which is a hilarious animated comedy where Little Red Riding Hood makes her deliveries of baked goods via a bicycle with a little basket instead of carrying a basket on foot 😂

I thought Uma aunt was going to be shapeshifted or use Cinderella voice or change into her to do the prank and that’s why Queen of Hearts hate Cinderella similar to The Little Mermaid when Ursula change into a person to steal Ariel voice or mind control on Cinderella and then on the short of Descendants called under the sea Uma shapeshifted into the little girl with the necklace. Like I thought we would see the actual dance and the actual thing and then stopped it like I expected wayyy more in my head.

The ice queen is not lilly. There is something more to the lilly girl but we get that in the second half of the season.

I can relate to the Valentine's card thing. At one point, although it was different because it was a poly situation, my spouse almost mixed the cards up and gave me the one meant for his girlfriend but like I had been there when he bought both cards, so I recognized the envelopes and I was like, nope, mine is the other one 🤣🤣🤣🤷 In Mary Margaret and David's situation it was much more devastating, of course 😅 Even still, I did roll my eyes pretty hard at him tho, ngl 😂

"you didn't think this was the end, didn't you?" and "messing with the fabric of time is dangerous" from Uma sounds suspicious 🫢 like? next arc is her villain arc again maybe? because Red and Chloe messed with the past? 🫢
