"BE GOING TO" and "GONNA" in MOVIES
In this video you can find short clips from different movies in order to see how "be going to" and "gonna" are used in context.
"Be going to"/"Gonna":
+ (subject + am/is/are + going to/gonna + verb)
- (subject + am/is/are + not + going to/gonna + verb)

"Be going to"/"Gonna" are used:
1️⃣ to talk about future plans or intentions
"I'm going to/gonna study for the exam tonight."
2️⃣ to make predictions based on evidence or current circumstances
"Look at those dark clouds. It's going to/gonna rain soon."
3️⃣ to give instructions or orders
"You're going to/gonna clean your room before you go out with your friends."
"Gonna" is a contraction of the phrase "going to". It is commonly used in informal language.
