@@robertbower6956 Yes, they are in a pot sitting on a shelf built into the pond. The top of the pot is a few inches under the water. If you look closely you can see it.

Your plants look great. Wish my Apache looked so good, but the late winter freezes killed a lot of vines; so our harvest will be the smallest ever. But the new canes coming from the roots are growing fast. Mid-Missouri zone 6b - you are in 6b, what state?

Nice video. I am considering to grow blackberries, or raspberries next year, but they spread so fast here. This looks like it might keep them somewhat under control also. On to my playlist of good videos from small gardening channels it goes :)

This number 7 out of 17 volley's. Thankfully they only spent 6k, and hopefully your debris didn't land in someone's inground pool like these inconsiderate neighbors did to me.
Get some of those good fireworks and fire back! Fair is fair
If I popped fireworks and it landed in someone's yard.. I'd knock on their door and let them know. & if it sunk to the bottom of their pool like it did yours id swim down to get it. Even if we pop our fireworks out in the country I still clean up everything I can find. I understand its the fourth and its a holiday where people like to have fun with their families by popping fireworks... they still need to have consideration for those around them. If you've already spoke to them and they refuse to have decency.. I think the next option would be to contact the police so they can let them know they are littering your yard and have them ask to stop. That might be the only option if they have no respect for their neighbors.
I called the township first and they suggested I call the Pa. State Police. The trooper that came out was very professional and sympathetic when he saw the mess in the pool. He agreed they were irresponsible and asked me If I wanted them cited. I said no but if you could just talk with them about respecting others property that would be great. He said he would, but if they get loud and boisterous like they did with me, it's not up to me anymore and he will just give them a citation. Lets hope that solves the problem.

I tried to cage the trees but the deer got them stuck in their antlers and drug them off. All 20 trees are now dead and gone.
