I thought that when you go straight on roundabout, you don't need to signal at all..

The left lane is the normal driving lane on any type of road, the only exceptions are when you need to overtake or turn right.

I curious to know where all this signalizing drivers on the uk roads? Pure difference between the exam and the real road situation

This should be shown on the hour every hour 7 days a week nationally. Some people simply don't understand roundabouts even simple ones like on the video.

Isn't it also perfectly valid to use the right lane for straight-ahead since it's a dual carriageway on both sides?

Problem is that many drivers don’t signal when turning first left ….leaving the drivers trying to turn onto the roundabout in a dilemma … whole system becomes a stressful inefficient and open to collisions.

And still you'll find people dumb enough not to follow the rules and crash or crash Into you lol

Out of all the traffic light pedestrian crossings it’s only the pelican crossing that has a flashing amber light phase.

Good effort, but why are you complicating the roundabout by positioning the red car at 9o'c position? You always enter the roundabout from 6o'c position. It makes it a lot easier for students to visualise. The way a student sees it, the red car isn't going straight ahead, its going right.

Last one is wrong. You always exit in the left hand lane.

This is why I failed.. had no clue coz there weren’t any lane markings on the roundabout and I went too far into the middle when I was going straight ahead

I hate going inner circle as there is a possibility for someone going outer one when i want to go there

What happens if you pass hazards and fail multiple choices you must take both test and or just the one you failed

Unless roadmarkings indicate otherwise. For example if the left lane has a left turn arrow in it you will then need to use the right lane to take the 2nd exit.

You can choose the right lane also for going straightforward because the left lane is only for going left or straightforward.

What catches many out is that as approaching a roundabout and you are staying in the left hand lane... Intending to go straight across, as your coming up to it you see an arrow painted on the road pointing only left and then you got a choice. Impede the traffic and indicate to go into the next lane or go fecking left and hope it don't take you miles to get back to where you wanted to go. Please do one of the tragic (magic) roundabout in Swindon. Wtf is that nightmare all about. You have to watch everything as not many people know wtf to do on it.

This only applies to UK. In Germany you only indicate when exiting, as there is no ambiguity unlike here, where indicating on the wrong side is nonsensical, as people who don't see where you entered will not know where you want to exit.

Over simplified. Some roundabout have more than two lanes. At the junction of the A5 and A43, going north, you turn right onto the A43 from the LEFT hand lane.
