I recently had an extremely disappointing experience as a seller with Restocks, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to alert others about the challenges and potential pitfalls associated with engaging in business transactions with this company. I start therefore by stating that I have never had problems with this company until the last months of 2022 and the entire year 2023 because I sold 19 pairs since December 2021, of which I have been correctly paid (also at the time there was a delay, but it was bearable) and a list of 7 sneakers of which I have not been able to see any payout. My primary concern revolves around the ongoing delays in processing payouts. Despite claims of technical limitations causing the delays, my investigation revealed that the current payout system can handle a larger volume of transactions, suggesting that the prolonged delays are not due to technical constraints. This raises serious ethical concerns about Restocks potentially benefiting from free loans acquired from sellers. It is disheartening to discover that my trust as a seller has been misplaced, and Restocks may be taking advantage of sellers' funds for an extended period. Furthermore, I discovered that sellers who voice their complaints on Restocks' social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, receive preferential treatment and faster payouts. This unfair practice creates an environment where those who raise their voices are prioritized, while sellers who patiently wait for their rightful payouts are left at a disadvantage. Such practices undermine the trust and fairness expected from a reputable company like Restocks. I have remained patient, hoping for a resolution. Since I did not received my payouts within a reasonable timeframe, I am left with no choice but to share my negative experiences and concerns. It is crucial to inform other sellers about the challenges they may face when doing business with Restocks. I sincerely hope that Restocks addresses these concerns promptly and transparently. As a seller, I have always valued my relationship with the company, and it is my hope that they reconsider their current practices, rectify the delays, and restore trust among their sellers. Restocks should prioritize professionalism and integrity in handling this matter. Overall, my experience with Restocks has been highly disappointing due to the ongoing delays in payouts and the unfair treatment of sellers who raise their concerns. I urge potential sellers to proceed with caution and carefully consider the potential risks involved in conducting business transactions with Restocks.
