Aviz- A Graffiti Documentary
Join Aviz on a day in his graffiti writing journey. Here he shares his art and a little bit about the Philadelphia graffiti writing history.
My first ever documentary completed. I am proud to say I finished a project. This really pushed me in ways I didn't know and taught me many lessons. Key take away is to always prep before hand... This was shot in about 10hrs. Thank you to Aviz for being my subject and James for helping me set up the entire day.

    it'll still be relevant in 2024! I think you need to distinguish between a piece throw away tech, like a phone and a camera as used for work, certainly for some it is anyway. Camera's especially those used by pro's aren't upgraded yearly just because the pixel count goes up, like a phone. I liked your pros and cons, that said i wouldn't call this a beginner camera and there is a steep curve too, when thinking about the body price you also need to factor the lens. This is the Resolution camera from Sony so you just can't stick a 100$ lens on the front and expect to use the 42mp count. That's where a beginner would become very disappointed. So think of the lens and factor in another 800 to 1000 USD for a used lens that can resolve the pixel count. Suddenly it's not cheap anymore and for some it's really not an option, even used. There is more scope and options for a beginner using the crop sensor APSC 6x series without the outlay and learning curve associated with full frame. Loved your video and look forward to more :)

    Keep it up my friend! I have been using Sony A7R III for almost two years now, and I even have Nikon D500 and Fuji XH1, but you never go wrong with full frame no matter what. This camcorder has 42MGB, it is more than you need for family photos. The crop sensor can't compete with the full frame in low light. Go and buy full frame if are still thinking.

    • @longluu5848
      @longluu5848 Před 3 lety

      Hey Jon! Unfortunately when I say tilt, I mean that the screen has a full articulating tilt meaning it can also come out side ways and be adjusted in various angles. Currently the A7riii and A7iii only have screens that just pop out.

    • @jonhermannsson9231
      @jonhermannsson9231 Před 3 lety

      @@longluu5848 No problem I understood - but not all viewers might - yes it has a tilt LCD which most photographers prefer - as LCD is aligned with lens vs a articulated LCD is way to the side - but yes allows for a bit more viewing angles - it comes to personal preference of course those solo video makers like the fully articulated for selfie recordings etc yes the A7R3 would be better if it had a bit better LCD and full Touch LCD. and a bit better EVF - and a bit better startup time and few other things - but it is one heck of a camera for the money - Sony FE mount has a great selection at more affordable prices then Canon and Nikon and Panasonic L mount. so anyone looking for a Full Frame system the Sony FE mount cameras are worth looking into and the A7R is just fantastic yes the A7r4 has more features and tracking eye auto focus In video but is more money and do we need 60MP files - to me 42 is great and 50MP tops - I have the A7r3 and love it and will not consider the a7r4 but of course would of course consider what comes out - but although few years old the A7r3 is fantastic

    I picked up mine a few months ago used for $1600, and it even came with an extended warranty. You can definitely find good deals on an A7R3, but if you go used I would advise anyone to ask the seller to take some F22 photos of the sky / a white wall or something, to check for any sensor issues. The first one I bought off ebay had to be sent back due to dead pixels I almost didn't notice until 3 weeks later. Definitely do some pixel peeping first if you buy used. The biggest disadvantage is I don't think the A7R3 will ever get another firmware update.

      Hey Mordavia, thanks for tuning in! Vid specs are definitely low for 2021 standards and all the new cameras coming out. However, I think it's still a good hybrid camera and entry point if people don't need the 4k 60fps or 4k 120fps. The A7Siii and fx3 are beasts that came out recently but with the price they are at right now, you could get around 1-2 good lenses if you defer to the A7iii or Riii.

    • @longluu5848
      @longluu5848 Před 3 lety

      Hey man, thanks for watching! I would say if you can wait for the A7IV then go for it but it'll be a pretty hefty price when it comes out I'm assuming as it'll be new release. The A7III and A7Riii are great models. If your main focus is photos and you don't have as many full frame lenses available, the A7RIII is a great choice but it gives you the option of having crop mode in 18MP, and some extra zoom in that mode. If you're worried about file sizes the A7III would be great but the crop censor would amount to about 10.8MP for photos.
