Puylaroque And Balthazard

At the beginning of the year out on my daily walk with Solo I came across a beautiful stray cat. It seems to me a bit like a cross between a tabby and a Siamese. Solo just loves grapes and is very happy to jump for them. We stop most days at this spot for a little treat. On this day we went walking "as a family" - me, Martine, Solo and our donkeys.

We have four hens but no cockerel. A few weeks ago my favourite chicken, Nadette, got broody and decided to sit on her eggs; this is obviously a worry because she would be sitting for three weeks with nothing at the end of it. Spring is here! I don't know why but I always find these migrations so exhilarating - the noise is incredible and the sight is thrilling. I believe that these cranes migrate from the south of Spain to Scandinavia - wow! The waves of cranes went on for a couple of hours, thousands of birds I'd guess. Sorry the video is not the best ever but it was really hard the see what I was filming.

Imlove cameroon sheep! We have so e close to here. I visit them often and they all want to be scratched. One fell asleep with his head in my lap when I scratched his head and neck. The also live with a donkey and that one is very friendly too.

Awww... poor little chap, of course he remembered! You can't help but fall in love with him! If I was his mum, I'd be over the moon, treating him like a real baby, I would...
