I just finished building mine a few days ago. I just have to order my VP Fuel From Amain Hobbies. I've got an Alpha Falcon Engine and Dragon Pipe set. I can't wait to fire this Monster up. I'll have to order Front CHubs for mine too.

I am choosing between the MBX8R and MP10e, however, I feel like my driving style would be closer to the Mugen (lots of on power steering and sliding into turns). Is it possible to tune a C Hub car to behave like a pivot ball?

Hey buddy I've listed to many people about toe and still didn't get the information I needed until you explained it thanks. The only thing I need to know now is what effect does rear differential fluid have on steering in a corner and how does rear toe effect steering in the corners. Because I'm trying to make a wide max traxxas xmaxx corner because it take super wide turns and I have played around with toe and it just will not turn sharp on power, it will turn in a small circle going real slow. I might have to end up adding weight to the front.

Is there any difference between these steel diff gears and the MP9 LSD gears? I’ve still got the LSD gears and they seem to be identical to these new ones. Same gear ratios, 12/18 and the cross shafts are the same, with slightly smaller diameter where the gears fit at each end, same slightly different, more rounded shaft which goes through the out drive, underneath the sun gears. Just need to install the gears as per the instruction manual, as in, without the four steel rectangle bits which surround each of the planetary gears. Is there any reason you know of or any differences to watch out for if using the LSD gears in place of IFW621/622? I’ve always wondered, what was the deal with the weird red or black LSD specific diff oil which was always specified to use with these steel gears? As I understand, these gears made use of the red or black diff oil, so what was so special about those oils that would be better than having the ability to tune the amount of limited slip by way of using thicker or thinner silicon oil, as per usual? Thanks heaps in advance. Cheers
