You could probably download most apps and games but that doesn’t mean it will run them particularly well, I’d suggest atleast a 6th generation iPad for games and programs.

Yea… I kinda agree. A 6th gen is like $30 more on eBay and it’s 5x better all around. I think this person is from the Philippines and a lot of them don’t have a bunch of money and devices even older models are expensive.

Just asking because personally I don't think I was degrading anything, I was just saying that a lot of people in the Philippines can't afford the latest tech. I don't find that to be degrading at all but factual, a lot of the Philippines and other countries have high poverty rates. I wasn't judging just stating a fact, I'm from a place with pretty much poverty and understand people can't afford the greatest and best tech.
