I am a technologist who is interested in legal studies One mechanism we use in maintaining code is to use #git. With little tweaking it should be possible to use it to maintain revisions in acts in a much better way. I am sure that US has adopted this and its available somewhere publicly. Hope someone takes initiative to create such a git repository for indian constitution as well since we are now having so many changes including those in CRPC. Most unfortunately, to speak of Rule of Law in this video amounts to harlots extolling the virtues of chastity. In a Judgment dated 6.10.2015, titled Vijay Kumar Agarwal v UOI and another, the Hon'ble SCI (Coram: A.K. Sikri and R.F. Nariman, JJ) sabotaged and subverted the Rule of Law. The facts of the case are that an order of Government of Maharashtra dated 13.5.1996 was expressly quashed and set aside by the Hon'ble CAT vide Order dated 18.11.2003, on the ground that it had defied and contravened Rule 5B of the All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969. GOM failed to challenge the said Order of CAT dated 18.11.2003 and it attained finality. Therefore, it could not have been reopened due to the bar of res judicata. However, the said Judgment of SCI dated 6.10.2015 has not only reopened it, but has also rewritten the said statutory Rule 5B. Furthermore, the said Judgment of SCI dated 6.10.2015 is also hit by the doctrines of per incuriam and fraud. Therefore, the said Judgment dated 6.10.2015 is wholly and absolutely without inherent jurisdiction and nothing but a nullity. Due to the said illegal and unconstitutional Judgment of SCI dated 6.10.2015, I have been illegally and unconstitutionally deprived of the entire amount of pay and allowances since 13.5.1996 till the date of superannuation and pension till date. It is, therefore, respectfully submitted that something is seriously rotten in SCI and Rule of Law stands slaughtered, annihilated and massacred.
