maybe a strange question, but do you still have or remember what bass you used in your covers a few years ago? like holiday and jesus of suburbia, the red one with the black pick guard I think, I love the sound of it, I don't know, it just sounds really bouncy I guess, either way great cover, don't stop
Thank you for your kind words! And it's not a weird question at all. I do still have it, but the screw of the higher straplock tore a big hole in the body like 2 months ago, so I don't play it anymore while standing up. I'm also suspecting it having some truss rod issues, but haven't found time yet to get it checked up. I haven't decided yet if I'm getting it fixed or if I will replace this one, as my black bass has the same pickups.
@@tom7aar Thanks for the fast response, shows you really care, do you know what kinda bass it is? I can see its a P bass, but just wondering if you know the exact type, I can't express how much I love that sound, and one last thing, would you maybe consider making more sum 41 covers? obviously do what makes you happy, but "over my head better off dead" has a pretty juicy bass line, I'm learning it now but I suck haha
@@Mr_AmsterdamYT it's a squier affinity series p-bass. Originally it had a white pick guard and I have it since 2011. Over my head is definitely a good song and I will consider it. Just don't really know when I have time to record again. I mostly record several songs on the same day, so I can record with fresh strings. :D

Whats great about this, is its genuinely a live performance. Theres no post-production work on it. They messup lyrics, hit wrong notes, and its all the better for it. I hate it went a 'live' album or dvd is fixed in editing
