That was ludicrous to even think about driving down Pierces Hill in this sort of weather LOL

Perfect example of not looking ahead and driving for conditions. Totally preventable. Assume the road will be very slippery and crest very slowly. Downshift if rear wheel drive. Apply brakes very gently so wheels, especially steering wheels, do not stop turning and cease steering ability. If unable to stop, signal and simply pass the uphill car.

pierces hill what a surprise. i was on bus once on that hill and it slid into a bus stop.

thats why winter driving should be tault when you learn to drive and snow chains used when snow is deeper than 2 inches.
