Home Tour | Singapore 3-Room HDB (700 square feet Apartment)
Our new 3-Room HDB resale home tour video! We moved into our 700 square feet apartment earlier this year, and we’ll bring you through a tour of our entire home.
When designing the space, we were mindful to design our home to be able to grow, adapt and evolve with us, and to keep up with our needs in the future.
Happy holidays to everyone and we hope you enjoy this video!
JAC + BEN
Ps: We have almost no knowledge of video editing and we filmed with iPhone 11; hence the not-so-great quality and partly grainy video. So please bear with us and we’ll do better next time :)

    This is Small for you? In my country, this is very large and exclusive to very Rich people. Poor people are pay lot of money for 35 years to living in tiny apartment with 35 square meter.

    Really nice overall! Just the master toilet is abit inconvenience that shower and toilet bowl is 2 separate doors. Correct me if i'm wrong, You can't go directly to shower after poop vice versa. You need open door to get out and open door to go in again and make the outside easily wet.

    See you even have a large size bathtub, recommend to install a HOUSE UNIT HD-12 at main pipe after water meter to structure the hard tap water into Soft energized water like a mountain spring in your own home. It also prevent the hard minerials issue from tap water over time for easy maintenance of hardwares like taps, shower heads, wc, water heater etc. See my posting on carou-sell "HOUSE UNIT HD-12 for HDB flats". Thanks.

    Imagine spending tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars on a “property” you can “own” for only 99 years

    • @susanng7298
      @susanng7298 Před 3 lety

      Not just in tenure of the place but should kids come along, then what ? Of course start looking for a bigger place! Nothing is forever - I know cos I shifted homes 5x myself In short, don’t spend too much $$$ on one place. 😊

    • @real4life335
      @real4life335 Před 3 lety

      @@susanng7298 it’s more about the fact that HDB units are never good “property” investments because you can only “fake own” it for 99yrs. Doesn’t make sense. This is one of the British’s worst gifts to Singapore- the idea of a leasehold property. And people are fooled by the government into thinking they should “invest” in a property they never actually own and depreciates in value over time.

    • @susanng7298
      @susanng7298 Před 2 lety

      Well it’s own home so it’s understandable that one wants to do it up. But my take is not to overspend. It has nothing to do with 99years or 999years or even freehold for that matter.
