This dude is this way no matter what position he is in. I raced him and I was about to pass him for TENTH position, he dives hard into me, pushing us both off the road but I was pushed into a tree while be was able to recover faster. Later I caught back up with him and actually overtook him cleanly for 5th, only to have him ram me hard into a switchback and the rest of the race he spent his efforts on blocking and hitting me to save his 5th place. It's vindication to see this victory 😅

What you really need is not to look at the mini map, it's just to record the details of each category. For example, this same section is covered by the following categories: hypercar, racing and rally. The switch to drifting is done at the same checkpoint but the drift goes to the left, the only races that go to the right during the switch are the ones I mentioned, hypercar, rally and racing. but the short-cut is only done by the racing category, in the other categories the checkpoints are closer and followed by the curves. Not gonna lie, it hurts a little to see you lose to them but that turn really hurt in the beginning of hyper. Still a good race to watch though. The porshe accel really showed it doesn’t compare to the one1 haha. Like you said, can’t win them all which is so true.

A couple tips for you, go to settings, accessibility and turn off camera shake, makes it stable so you don’t have the slight movement. The “meta” steering settings are: Linearity=50 Sensitivity=95 Max Dead Lock=60 I personally prefer to use the “Static” view camera. Also you can try out the Pro Settings for your cars from the CZcamsr/Pro Crew player, “Akor”. Highly recommended. Otherwise great driving and respect for keeping your cool.
