This is my blind playthrough/let's play of The Ringed City, the second of two DLCs for Dark Souls 3.
Set in the Kingdom of Lothric, a bell has rung to signal that the First Flame, responsible for maintaining the Age of Fire, is dying out. As has happened many times before, the coming of the Age of Dark produces the undead: cursed beings that rise after death. The Age of Fire can be prolonged with the linking of the fire, a ritual in which great lords and heroes sacrifice their souls to rekindle the First Flame.
As fires fade and the world falls into ruin the Ashen One rises and must link the fire by returning Prince Lothric and the defiant Lords of Cinder to their thrones in Firelink Shrine.

Yeah, I think I switched to a controller soon after that and never changed back. These games are definitely better that way.

you won't believe me but after so many years I recalled this and searched for it. although I do think video games to be a waste of time and I won't play it ever again. I did want to see the world, the creatures and the story within. Years back when I was a kid I wished for both of them to team up so bad. I hated that Rento escaped in the evil version and Vera died in good one. I wanted to know what happens next so much. As I grew older I realized this isn't real.
that being said, I wonder if they try to make a game on this story with today's technology how beautiful it would turn out. I won't play the game again, but maybe this time they can team up for once :) It's just a fantasy though, but I'd love to see the creatures in 3D. I hated that eye creature so much because when it shut down there was no damage to it.
