I own a 310lx and am completely disgusted with the whole rear mount/rack deck system! What a piece of garbage. Kawasaki should be embarrassed. Its a nice ride with horrible gas mileage and poorly thought out accessories. major fail!

Sea-Doos are absolute garbage why does anybody buy them? For the same price you can get triple the quality out of a Yamaha or a Kawasaki. Rotax engines are trash, always have been! I think they're build motto is: loose as fast!

Picked up 2011 VXR in great condition and it’s a lot of fun. First wave runner for us so we don’t have enough experience to notice what it’s missing. Very happy with handling and speed and glad to see this positive review about the Yamaha VXR in general.

Yamahas manual literally says use Yamaha silicone spray for inside your inside your hull for a rust inhibitor or WD Specialist Silicone you can literally blast the whole compartment and it doesn’t harm anything on top of that the silicone is good for the rubbers and plastics , should only use WD-40 on specific engine work but the manual literally breaks down exactly what to use for which purposes and WD-40 will 100% destroy the rubbers and plastics this happened to my brother on his jet ski when I told him not to do WD-40 use silicone and his hoses got deteriorated.

I said soon as the Switch came out it will be massive bust. Part is due to its price in relation to demographic economy. I fully expect that to be a big terd. Manitou is other end. It is the super high end pontoon. High end bad economy is nasty combo.

lol, PWC prices have jumped $1,000-$2,500 each of the past 3-4 years with bare minimal enhancements (sometimes just a color change) in a greed grab blamed on COVID...Now the "industry" is crying about low sales as most people finally realized they were being duped spending $20k on basically the same PWC that was $14k a few years ago....

I just started riding a few weeks ago, so I’m kinda new but did the exact thing I did with motorcycles. I bought my first bike thinking I don’t need to go fast then 2 weeks later I get a something with 3 times the power and speed. Everyone says yeah you don’t need to go fast on a jet ski, just cruising around is good enough then immediately buys a 300. I find it a little unsettling when riding with 2 passengers and the ski just randomly tips to one side or the other because 1 or 2 of your riders are placing all their weight on the wrong side of the footwells. I usually just throttle into the fall, that’s what I’m suppose to do right?

Corp greed Over saturation of available skis in the market Wages not keeping up with inflation Forida insurance costing too much (Florida being the mecca for boat and watercraft sales) The American economy has never been better in the states in the modern era I'd like to know though, what policies are preventing boat and watercraft sales? According to Consumer Affairs it's raising interest rates, inflation and consumer confidence.

Yamahas already had paint chips and scuffs all over their “brand new” and “freshly uncrated” 2023/2024 models here in British Columbia. I love their machines but damn they need to fix this

Rides it for a couple weeks and it sit , that is so true … the lake I ride in there is so many very expensive PWC and boats that just sit in the water and maybe get used once or twice a summer if that .

Being a 60 old stand-up Jet Ski racer from the mid 80's to early 90's I too would choose the Yamaha over the Kawi for play riding and the occasional bouy course rip....but if this old guy went racing again the Kawasaki SXR would be my choice.

cover scratched up both sides of my new fx. Dont use them for Transportation, like he says, the wind whip us unforgiving on the paint. if its stationary and outside, thats the only time it should be covered.

I had a yamaha 242s it was the first to offer the touchscreen.. It failed within 8 months. Dealer had issues replacing it then when they did it was zero hours. They did not know how to restore actual hours. New one broke 4 months later just after warranty would fix it.
