Money needs to be way stiffer, lighter and slide on the floor with basically zero friction. Even when crinkled up it's more stiff paper than fabric

Some leafs still penetrate through another leafs, you should add something like self collision, so the leaf with collide with other leafs too and more realistic looking simulation... :)

Great tutorial! Thanks a lot! Do you think is it possible to use the property test to just trigger the spqwn event instead of sending the parent particles to that new event? I ask you this because, after sending the particles to the new event, they behave differently, the binding doesn't work the same way, bindings lose their strength and dthe fence tends to disagreggate, which is a shame because the original behavior was more accurate. The splonters make a fantasgic effect and adds realism, but at the expense of the fence's cohesion.
