I rescued Sammy at age 2 years. He was part Neuffie, chow and border collie. 85 lbs. Never been in a house or trained. I drop dead fell in love. He was my best friend for 11 years and still missed.

When the dad heard it was 2 dogs he was shocked but when he heard his son and daughter were happy about have a father and daughter duo his worries went away

Very unrealistic budget for these guys. No one was ever going to get a roof, windows, re-wire, kitchen and bathroom for 10K. I think they did pretty well, sad they didn't get all the finish perfect though.

People underestimate the grooming of Doodle breeds. That curly wooly coat, if not brshed through fully daily, matts. A lot of people don't brush them correctly; only brushing the top of the coat because it's SO thick, so it matts underneith. Even small Cockerpoos take about 45 mins of brushing daily to do it correctly. Not brushing correctly can cause health problems such as skin issues, fungus/mold growth in the coat/skin if they get damn, overheating, circulation being cut off from toes and tails (have once had our salon rush a dog to emergecy vet for it's toe hanging off). Working in grooming salons for 2 years, I only ever met 2 Doodle that was not matted solid, a Cavapoo and the owner brushed that dog out for an hour daily! Also ALL of the Doodles in the salons HATED being brushed or groomed. And everyday was 5+ Doodles...The most popular type of dog in grooming salons now. I hated only working with stressed and matted Doodles so much I gave up grooming completely.

Dogs have a sense and it’s not always about you. I got chemotherapy and we got a little dog and to this day it was like he smelled it off me. Only person he doesn’t come and sit beside BUT out walking etc he is by my side and doesn’t react to other dogs. My wife and daughter he goes crazy. The poor little thing was definitely abused in some way as a pup. He is scarred. I wouldn’t change him for anything. ❤❤❤❤

Hmmmmm...Several issues made it impossible for them to make money. 1. The auction price paid was just way toooooo high. Its really hard to make any money when you buy these sort of properties to flip except if you get it at a steal amount and have very experienced builders in your team. 2. The chaps are highy inexperienced. 4 bed properties are not very common anyways. They should have listened to the agents "who know the area and market" to make it a 3 bed. 3. The finishing overall looks really cheap. It looks like a vanilla BTL property or decent HMO. For that sort of area buyers will want top notch finishing especially for the kitchen and common areas. 3. The housing market is not great! I am sure the dudes nust have learnt something positive though and welldone to them.

They could have sourced second hand furniture as it was only for staging also could have looked for a second hand kitchen or cheaper options elsewhere eBay etc but the house looked so beautiful once completed
