The push 3 pads look so much brighter they are almost blow out. Do they hurt your eyes?

In your humble opinion, would you say the upgrade path from Push 2 to Push 3 is worth it? Or no need? It seems like the biggest game-changer is the MPE pads and stand-alone component... What are your thoughts?

Fors stuff is wonderful. But the mix in your video doesn’t really allow them to shine. Your voice is way too in front. Best.

FWIW the lack of parameters is on the individual MFL developer (not Ableton) - essentially, the MFL developer needs to set the parameters correctly and use live.banks Max object for configuring them on Push correctly

Good stuff to know this. What happens if you save a rack that uses LFO or Shaper and then try open this in standalone? For example set up a Wavetable with some LFO and Shaper devices assigned to modulate some parameters. So you can't make the assignments on the Push but if you do them on your desktop do they open ok standalone? Cheers

You can map with the Push 3 with our LFO for Push device!

Knowing Fors, I'd expect the lack of parameters to be remedied pretty quickly... I mapped Gem and the Opal instruments into an instrument rack to have access to frequently used parameters.

The Shaper tool and the effects made reminds me of the track "Magnetic North" on Sasha's 2002 Airdrawndagger Album. He's known for using stock Ableton plugins. He may have just about used an early version of Ableton as that was originally released in 2001. You can however with a bit of search get the audio stems of the album as he did a remix competition back in the day. Plus I like the way you zoom into the area you are discussing, handy when viewing on a variety of size screens. There are so many tutorials and videos online where the focus area is so small, you have to use the accessibility feature to zoom in to see what parameters are being changed!

LFO Tool is very cool. Recently I have bought Cable Guys Shaper Tool, which I am learning to use. Not the easiest to learn imo, but you get some happy accidents. Cool tune btw.

Chiral by Fors is a very nice synth. Used that in one of my latest tunes.
