for PEXa pipe the crosslinking process is done during extrusion process, inside of mould.

is the adhesive resin is sprayed using a spray gun or used as an adhesive film for coating on aluminium pipes?
The adhesive resin is extruded by the extruder. first heat, then melt and extruded. Through co-extrusion die head moulds, the adhesive layer will be coated to the inner layer of Aluminum pipe and outer layer of aluminum pipes. the inner layer and outlayer are made in two separate die head.
