Woah.. that wiggle was a bit nuts.. it was likely original though and probably went through a few chains
doing this now on 2001 audi a4 with 350k km after the sensor was never taken out within 23 years is very big pain
What is the material?
Looks right
Cool video, I enjoyed watching.
Cardboard on the inside of the drive shaft. Maybe
Yup, its squeaking.
That is why you have the car inspected before you by it. What a turd this thing is. 😐
Got any finished car photos or footage?
Red my favorite color ❤😃😃😃😃😃😃
Don't like wrong model bed
Wonder if the owner wants to sell?
For anyone still wondering I did end up with the grey. Dennis
Yes sir I agree with the removal, tear down, and refreshing the engine. If not addressed at this time, metal particles from such a failure will be everywhere and will cause more severe failures down the road. I've been in the field almost 22 years now, and it pleases me to see that proper repairs are being recommended, at least, even in today's social/sharing media culture. Personally I've had to make repairs like this mandatory, if my shop is to do the work. The client is always free to seek a 2nd opinion or alternate/inferior repair. Good job and keep up the good work.
We tuned in for the paint. The history and the rear wheel brakes are irrelevant to painting this car
Whats that going to cost to restore when its all said and done?
How many hours of body work on this car?
What gauge of wire is the new harness? OEM in the Javelin appears to be 16g... at least in my 71
Just purchased an 85 Bronco II in great shape for less than 7 grand. Before sinking huge dollars into that one in the video I would look at finding a solid southern one.
that is a big block 396 (402 cubic inch) it now has an over bore and is even larger, i wonder what crank stroke increase you stroked it to also? hmmm. awesome. 🙂
What’s the paint code?
That music is a Turn off
Why did it take 2:20 minutes to say what could have been said in 20seconds? Why no pics of the "valvetrain issues"? The least you could have done is pointed out the major differences between a T/A block and a regular 340LA block to people who have never seen them.
How much would all these repairs cost?
Do they have anything new posted I have not seen any new content from them
Blue with Grey pin stripes
Top job fellas. Looks magic. I know it's 8 years later but just seen the videos. 👌🤙
How many Coats of candy brandy did you put
Hello my name is Paul just wondering what year is you s10 frame.
Man what a waist of time and materials. Could of easily done this with some spray outs. But I guess if the customer is willing to waist a couple thousand bucks then more power to ya lol.
I'm doing my own BMW 2002 from 1975. I couldn't find a shop willing to do the work, so I started pulling dents and taking off trim. I've ordered the original Amazongrun paint color in epoxy urethane along with primer, and will be removing the rust, leveling with filler, and going forward from there. I had the engine pulled out and will probably have someone come from the glass shop to remove the front windshield and rear window before I do much more. The engine is getting bored out and new pistons have to be forged for the oversize bore, as well as a bit of machining on the head. So while we are waiting for the machine shop work to be done, I will do this part myself. Overall the car is in fair condition: it was much better before I let my son drive it to college....

If that beauty was mine, I would definitely spend the $$ to fix it. in the end, It would be worth it.
Where are you guys located?
You don't seem to be over concerned about anything on this car. Very good!
Gun metal grey for sure
Grey
Had a '68 Dart GTS with 383 back on the day. I'd give up a body part to have it back.
Outstanding. Just so fine to look at. Well done.
Thanks guys. My COVID project is getting my Tiger back to its original #86 Green too 😎
Not Sure the point of this video?
"That a'int gonna buff out !" & "Don't try this at home Kids !" tells you in the instuctions "DROP THE FUEL TANKS" (plural) , by the way , that scratched coating is an additional five hundred or so $$ , however , I would say "the least of the problem !" DANG !

Earl Shive 😂
What is the base color
Thank you
What are the rims, I like the look
The rims were provided by the customer
Not a 64 Acadian, but a 63 Acadian
this is my family's car and it is a 64 Acadian
These old J series trucks are neat and you do not see them much anymore. I have a J10 longbed and need extra time to go anywhere because people love to talk about the truck.
You don't disassemble and paint, weak
Ya you do you fucking tool.
When you spray candy u have to spray it with the car together. U cant spray it in seperate pieces like a regular base clear cuz it wont come out matching
