Tony Royster is awesome on drums but electric drums suck ! They just don't have that sound no matter what you do to them. Sounds like kids toys

Mate…put your ancillary sounds on the rims of your toms. The great thing about e-drums is that they are not bound by the rules of acoustic drums…any trigger can be any sound.
