Subbed. A bit of constructive criticism, though: You should get better at making your footage match what you're talking about. For example, when you said: "So let's talk about the gameplay", you should have transitioned into relevant gameplay footage and not lingered on the cutscene. That, and work on your sound (master volume seemed low, and your sound quality could stand to improve). But yeah, I feel the same way. If 5 is peak and 6 is rock bottom, 7 is comfortably in the middle between them. I hope they can exceed 5 next time.

The fact that every turn-based game dev tries to make their games real time-ish is a proof that the genre is not at all confident in itself nor at its capability at convincing players. It should imo either stay true to itself then see what happens or accept the fact that it's not as appealing as it were at the dawn of video game. And I also don't agree with the statement saying turn-based with elements of real time is the "best mechanic" since it forces real time mechanic to be something else entirely as any form of pause other than opening your inventory is a disruption to the real time philosophy

Solid list but Bayonetta 1 is head and shoulders above Bayonetta 2 in virtually every way. Only think Bayonetta 2 really does better is look better, and reduce annoyance of those BS QTE moments (but even with those...Bayo 1 still looks great and the QTEs stop being an issue on replay).

Idk it’s hard to have an opinion if she didn’t release the numbers she requested along with their counter offer. Now maybe she can’t and that’s fine, but it’s hard to really know if 70% less is a slap in the face or not when we don’t know the numbers, if she was asking for 100k, I’m sure she wasn’t just an easy example, and they counter with 30k because that’s all they can afford for a streamer to stream the game I mean she may have just asked for too much than what they were given to work with. I do understand the upsetting aspect of their being a black character that feels like she actually represents the community she’s suppose to.

I think that the ost that does the best Job at having a good song is the one that you can play while you drive, or working out, etc. in gow raganarok and 2018, the main theme is the only one recognizable. I loved the game, but compare it to the old trilogy. 👀

I had this conversation with some of my coworkers who play video games. It was extremely decisive but it made me realize how stuck we are about nostalgia. I can say personally I allow the Fandom to persuade my feelings on if this ip measures up to [insert title here].

Very sad how SMTV was treated. Even SMT fans were memeing atlus when we spotted the TMS menu ui. As a SMT fan I gotta say P5 was great, but WHY drop the ball on 5? 5 was still fun as hell until section 3. 40 of my hours were spent in the fairy forest doing vacation photos with Pyro and I like how the demons had better representation. Also music was on par great for both.

Kuro no Kiseki raised the bar yet again! The english injected fan translation is also *really* good now, I'd say about 80% of Geofront quality, so the entire series (including Reverie) is playable in english now if you know where to look!

Dragon Quest?

I used to think if ff went action it was the in all be all; but after around 10 I've played so many more rpgs in both turn and action spaces, and now not anymore. Ff did introduce me to the genre but I can get my fix for turn elsewhere.

Aside from Remy, I don't care for the roster of SF3S. I prefer SF3 Second Impact.
