I really wish i understood yall when yall claim to have anxiety like not down playing it but everyone seems to have it mow days is it in the water or something your drinking because ive been thru way more then most of ylu reading this comment and yet i dont have problems with anxiety ive been depressed but thats not anxious or anxiety i think words get thrown around today and ppl dont know the meaning to them. .. this music does put me in a relaxed mind state sure i use music as therapy but music never saved my life etc lol yall be wierd
