How To Make Motion Sensor Light Switch Using IR Sensor & CD4017 IC At Home - DIY Active
In this home automation project, I have shown you how to make motion sensor light switch using IR sensor & CD4017 IC for the bedroom. I have made the motion sensor circuit on a zero PCB and the full circuit diagram provides in the automatic washroom light switch video. When anyone enters the bedroom the IR sensor senses the motion and turns on the light and when he or she exit from the washroom the IR proximity sensor again senses the motion and accordingly turns off the light automatically.
I have used the 5V mobile charger to supply the circuit.
⚠️⚠️ Please take proper safety precautions while working on 110V or 230V AC.
You can also adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor using the ir sensor trimmer.
After watching the video, you can easily design this motion sensitive light switch circuit for your home.
