What are the advantages of these pedals compared to the ones which come originally with the Brompton please? Any advantage from those who have tried them? Cheers

Turns out there is play in new MKS Allways pedals. The description on MKS Sylvan Touring Next pedals says that dustcap can be used to fine tune the preload on cartridge bearings to reduce play: "The dust seal cap also functions as the bearing adjuster. If you loosen the cap, it may cause play and premature wear", but there is nothing like that said about Allways pedals. As always was expecting a bit higher quality for such a price. Hard to avoid any cognitive biases but it seems like frequently running into defective products for some reason.

These pedals are badly adjusted ;to tight,you can feel the bearings You have to disasssemble them and adjust them yourself I wish I had not bought them

Read and study the book, The Art of Dowsing - Separating Science from Superstition. The world is in need of cup & cone bearing type bicycle hub for building the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod. Could MKS supply the general public with this need ?

I love that you specify a 30Nm torque setting… to be reliably achieved with an open ended spanner. I have used your quick release pedals for nearly 10 years, brilliant space saving design. But i love your sense of humour.

Wish that you still sold the prime sylvan touring pedals. The polishing of the bearings is a very nice feature. I service my sylvan pedals each year but I wish I could have bought the prime version for even less resistance

地元の湖に似ていると思ったら、地元の企業の動画でした。MKSさん、ありがとうございます。母の自転車のペダルをMKSさんのペダルに交換しようと思ったら全然動かず、バイクや車の整備で難ボルトを回してきた工具が割れました。自転車整備も侮れないですね。悔しいのでどうにか回してやろうと思います。

awesome durable quality product but the design look weird and bulky

I cleaned several sets of these today, tossed everything in the ultrasonic together. The main body is clearly marked L or R, the twist collar is the same for both sides, and the L spring is a 'Z', the R spring is an 'S'.

I got the MKS FD7 pedal in July 21. Everything is ok until I accidentally hit one of the pedals onto a stone bench and now, one side could not be fold. Is there a video on how to resolve this problem? Thanks.

The yellow rings are not sold separately. Lose one then throw away the pedals.

錆び付いていて潤滑油の選定、勢い余り手がギアにぶつかり剥離等々ハプニングはありましたが本動画のおかげで自分で憧れのビンディングペダルへの交換が出来ました😄(田舎で店も無いので本当に助かりました)

Love my MKS Rx-1 pedals and I hope MKS will allow me to buy a screw for the left pedal, I destroyed mine turning it counter clockwise to loosen when I should have turned it clockwise to remove. Please help me rebuild my MKS Rx-1, thank you MKS.

It is so difficult to buy the the MKS wrench to remove the Ezy pedals. The gap is about 3mm. Traditional pedal wrench is 5mm thickness, Help...

I have waited mks allways ezy superior from amazon.jp to be in stock for three months the grey one. Then i bought urban ezy superior. I am quite angry to mks brand.

00:30 Ah, the two pairs of MKS Sylvan touring pedals are the only cup and come pedals that come perfectly adjusted out of the box. Now I know why. They spin extremely nicely. Well adjusted cup and cone/spindle of high quality really can't be beat in terms of smoothness.

固くて外れない場合、レンチを差し込んだ状況でペダルに足裏前方を乗っけて、かかとでレンチに体重のっければ一本の足だけで簡単に外れますよ。サンダルでも可能。

右とか左とかややこしいけれど、外すときは【後ろ方向】、つけるときは【進行方向】へ回せばいいわけですね。

I have mks pedal and its 6 years to me the most well built pedal I owned in my life thank you MKS Japan for making my cycling better

The thing with the spacer doesn't seem as thought through as the rest of the construction

Bought a pair of used mks rx-1 pedals, replaced the bearings and now they roll like new- really nice pedals.. problem is if I tighten the bolt that holds the pedal, spin is affected so I keep it a little loose but it keeps on loosening after some pedaling and needs to be screwed back in again. any suggestion?
