      Early erythopoisis stages have spherical nuclei where they are oval/kidney/horse shoe-shape/or lobulated nuclei

      @@VIBSHistology FWIW, I've seen tutorials by other profs from other colleges that show how to set it up using only the condenser diaphragm if you don't have a field diaphragm. But thanks for the detailed video. I'm not a student at your university, but your explanation helped, even though I own an inexpensive OMAX microscope that doesn't have a field diaphragm.
