    Looks divine. I wish we still had as many tomatoes as we did a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, homegrown tomatoes need to be eaten quickly, or they start to split on the vine.

    Пробовала. Мясорубку можно сломать. Т.к. тесто должно быть тугим. Мороки очень много. По 3 шт. Потом сушить. Проще купить.

    Hey Mateo! Love your videos, absolutely gorgeous work! Question, every time I make homemade pasta, the texture is a bit rubbery and not as tender as I would like. I used 300 grams of 00 flour and 3 eggs like your website recommended. I blanched the pasta for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. What am I doing wrong? Am I over-kneading the dough possibly?

    SPAGHETTI ALLA CHITARRA WITH SLOW-COOKED TOMATO SAUCE & CRRAMY BURRATA If tomatoes are in season then it’s nice to use fresh ones, but in winter it’s best to avoid them and just use canned tomatoes instead. SERVES 4 400g/14oz egg tagliarini 5 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 x 400g/14oz tin of chopped tomatoes or 500g/1lb 2oz fresh datterini or cherry tomatoes handful of basil leaves 2 burrata, halved Parmesan, to serve
