I did all of this, havent ate sugar in over 15 days, eat extremely healthy, and I still feel like crap and all I want to do is go back to my old ways. Can anyone help
I have lost 15 kgs in a few months! few tips 1. eat from 12 pm to 8 pm (no cheating) no late night popcorn or treats of any sort 2. eat 2 eggs for breakfast (really keeps me full for a long time) 3. switch to low cal milk, splenda as a sugar substitute and snacking on stuff like air popped popcorn, apples, roasted chickpeas 4. always read labels (granola bars are pretty high in calories) 5. whenever you cheat.. make it happen during lunch time and skip dinner for that night
No, I started to use cayenne pepper when I was diagnosed GERD and cayenne pepper helped me to heal my GERD no issues experienced.

I just started a week ago and already feel the positive affects. Definitely don't plan to be on it long-term. I been experiencing high energy to where I wake up before my alarm for work. Which also has given me the energy to start back at the gym, which have an even more positive affect on me. I am more calm which is the best feeling being that I suffer from anxiety/depression. I am snacking less. I have gotten back into meal prepping. Consuming more water now. Can't wait to see where my weight is at the end of the month when I meet back with my doctor. I feel great for the most part.

This is true af, I used to have sugar cravings all the time wanting milkshakes, I resisted the urge but it was still in my mind all the time. Flavoured protein powders were pretty much milkshakes when used with milk so that ended my issue of sugar cravings
