This was my first time growing water melons didn’t have success with it did you direct sow or use transplants next year I will try mixing some sand in the soil also planted tomatoes from seed they seam to be doing good I have green beans growing and carrots and being peppers.

Wow! I’m trying to keep my broccoli from bolting! Research shows if I can keep the soil from drying out..I may be able to prevent bolting….in two days it will hit 105! After 70 degrees most vegetables are covered

This is my first time successfully growing broccoli and I harvest the heads and ate them with ranch dressing 😊 I didn’t know you could eat the leaves I harvested my first cabbage and cooked the broccoli leaves with it was delicious. I grew broccoli last year it never headed so I cut it down and composted the leaves I am going to try it again this fall are was considered pollinators, because they keep flying in and out of my cabbage. I am also growing tomatoes they are growing pretty good I haven’t seen any flowers yet.

Love your channel! Zone 5 here. I gave up on spinach. I grow eternal or perpetual spinach. This is a chard that grows like chard but does actually tastes like spinach. Grows in the cool weather and the heat. Harvest as cut and come again all season long. Hope you try it.

Thank you so much for showing me how to use that post home digger!🤣 I saw Broke Farmer use that action hoe b4. It’s very handy. I went on Amazon today and ordered me one. I’m in zone 8A Georgia. So far I’ve harvested two cucumbers, lots of green beans, brassicas leaves(cause I lost all my tags🤣), Swiss chard. I have no luck with spinach so chard is my “go to”. It’s so much easier to grow for me. And of course herbs, lemon thyme (I make a herbal drink with it), oregano and basil. Thank you for the video 💚🪴

I planted spinach in dollar tree stackable and was able to move them to shady area’s so I got a little bit of spinach.
