@@alr22 I haven’t jumped off one in a while. If I max jump off one that might give me some nagging knee pain. If I want to jump off one, I have to gradually work my way up to handle that kind of force on the tendon. Last time I jumped off one I got a 9’9” dunk and can snap 10ft. It’s not as good as my two foot vert so sticking to that.
Finally got to watch this, awesome lifts and session!
try bouncing the ball down with one hand, catching with 2 and convert to 1 hand for a dunk i found that so much easier than throwing a lob -5'9 dunker on 10foot

What an interesting design to put a hoop right in front of a busy road. Can't imagine if someone airballs and it causes a traffic accident.
In 2020 when I hooped there that’s exactly what I did. Luckily there were no cars.

How did you become able to just this high? Any specific exercises?
I’m not being too specific on excersise right now. I’m workin on hypertrophy then I will get more specific later on. The most specific thing you can do to dunk is dunk. Practice low rim if you’re having trouble on 10ft. I’m using 10’4” to get better at 10😁 Another good specific excersise is quarter squats.
