Body Confidence has been a struggle since i was a child tbh and it's definitely effected me in so many other ways. It's also not easy when growing up you always had people commenting on your size, looks etc. and it happens till this day! Now i actually get worried even meeting new people because I immediately think they are judging me for how i look and are about to make a joke or say something negative. I also find myself tuning down my personality a lot because i don't want to annoy anyone when i shouldn't even care. Girl i'm really just traumatised 🥲I just hope one day i can get over this.
