Wix AI in Studio is not very good. it causes more problems than it solves. It has a long way to go.
I don't know JavaScript so much. Yes, I have done the basics, to understand Variables, functions, If-else control flows, Async, Await, Promises, and so on. My challenge is that I find it difficult to know which JavaScript logic to implement to get the particular behaviour that I need. Then I jumped into Svelte with my limited JavaScriptt knowledge. I read the Svelte and SvelteKit Docs, but I got more confused. However, I watched your 5 Hours 4 Minutes Video, and it did help me understand the Svelte and SvelteKit way of thinking. PRACTICAL QUESTION Having understood these Svelte and SvelteKit way of thinking, can you do a practical Project Course, where we will build a Facebook clone-- with Svelte and SvelteKit, using a Postgres database to store user data? Regards.
Too bad you didn’t find a more silent space
Our mics somehow weren't plugged in correctly on this one😔
Dom!!

something I do not undersatand very well, the final result is it an app that you could donwload from the store or what is the final result?
This is another material in which I listen to what Lindsay Wardell says. And unfortunately the reality is not so colorful. Elm by design has a nightmare system for working with JavaScript code. And the reality is that all the external tools and libraries you will need to use in your project are written in JS. This gives you a simple conclusion - either your project team has plenty of time to write integrations for everything, or you decide to write applications for fun not commercial usage (in most cases)... Not to mention that there are fewer applications that can afford not to be SEO-friendly, and in the world of Elm, again by design of the language you are pushed to write pure SPA applications. That's why I can't recommend Elma as a language to replace JavaScript, because it's an extremely niche language that by design can't communicate well with JavaScript, preventing a nice incremental implementation in existing applications already written in JS.
Easily the best Svelte video right now.
Am I insane for listening to this for the third time?
Hey 👋
Amazing content! But the fonts are so small... It's difficult to follow along
Would be nice to be more topic focused in the podcast. When people start to listen the podcast after some time it does not matter if that were COVID times, what was the year you started the position and so on. I came here only for the topic in the title and would be nice to focus on it. Also it was weird part where you started laughing in the IC part and did not explain why. Thanks for making the video and podcast. Good luck with next episodes :)
Thanks a lot !
This is a show
Really great tutorial, thanks for making this!
Sveltekit feels amazing, especially after working with React for years
Why so
@@skyhappy because is much easier?
@@SilvestreVivo I'm looking for a more detailed answer
@@skyhappy read the docs and use it.
I don't understand the reason why frameworks do not take advantage of Service Workers but instead focus on RSCs
Thank you, do you have any suggestions or ideas on how to upload images with cloudinary and superforms
I enjoyed the discussion. One suggestion though, it'd be good to work on the introduction more. It looked really awkward for the guest to be asked to introduce himself and then him later having to ask for a question to get started with on rsc.
Is there any movement in microfrontends? Or is this abandoned. Sure, we do not want 10 frameworks running on a page, but at least when you have big app, you can always try new stuff as web world evolves. I heard qwik is supposed to make them easier, but for me the gluing part was always the biggest challenge
Great tutorial, thanks
rich🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤ genius man
18:00 yeah Dax I don't think anyone's gonna hate you for saying that. If anything, they're gonna find it relatable 🙃

wow and wow - mind blow how did I not know about this. Honestly thought it was just another page builder another webflow.. Damn damn amazing.

Hi, I have a quick question. I am using an internal URL (this is running in the browser) using cy.visit() but Im getting this error :A connection to the upstream proxy could not be established: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE: The upstream proxy closed the socket after connecting but before sending a response. Can you please advice on what needs to be done in running an internal url? Thanks in advance.

An excellent talk, thank you both for sharing.
I define a framework as anything that takes primitive types and combines them into an opinionated way to implement something.
It’s infected everybody like COVID. You welcome! I’ll walk myself out.

This is so cool!
This solution has one problem - when you resize browser by horizontal border thumb of the scrollbar moves not correct and it can outside of the track.

FYI I think the wrong episode was uploaded to the podcast feed; I had to come to CZcams for the Local First talk
