This boss was pretty difficult but the boss at the end of the demo was ridiculous until i figured out the move set. Fun game!

I have played. I normally don't struggle to bad against bosses but considering the amount of space in the arena and the reach the boss had plus. Sometimes his attacks timing would just be slightly off I found him semi difficult to parry perfectly every time

Thank you! Team Ninja made the game like you need to be really focus to counter spark. But after I come out from dojo, a regular grunt on street can slice me easily lol... still need more practise 🤣

it's on the hardest difficulty... you need to parry at least the last hit of the combo, then he will be stagger for 3~5 hits depending on your weapon type. Each parry and each hit contribute red bar to his stamina, you get to win faster by parry his martial skill(instant stagger)! You can see that I keep a distance to lure him into 1 type of normal combo so I can have easy win LOL if you're not careful and run out of stamina, you will consume his full combo and worst, double martial skill. Good luck!

@@esco7 The only skill he will double MS is the quick draw dashing attack (Nioh SotC), the best solution is to parry MS and break his stance.

I think the AI just decide which attack to use according to distance, if you're too close to him he will keep whack you using another melee combo
