I got tooth number 14 extracted 9 days ago. I still have alot of pain on the gums and neighbor tooth which is a bit loose now after extraction. The dr said itll take couple weeks to heal and no pain but my tooth wasnt loose then. Why is it loose now ?? What do i do.

Had a tooth out two weeks ago.. Had an infection in it.. Infection in my blood haven't eaten hardly any food.. The pain has been terrible... Is this normal after one molar out.. 😢 On my second round of antibiotics. Now they are giving me horrible symptoms..

This works! Even better if you mix a little clove, cinnamon, peppermint and/or tea tree oil with the coconut oil. I mix all together with baking soda. I use a soft bristle toothbrush and tongue scraper to finish. I am here to tell you my teeth glisten and my gums feel so healthy. When I do this at night, no morning breath. Cheers!

I chipped one of my top fangs (forget what they are called)... sharp pointy teeth. All I know was that I was being too overzealous when eating some apple wedges and it somehow came in contact with the lower one...all I felt next was CRUNCH. It was a strange sensation, sort of like when you accidentally bite the inside skin of your mouth. I panicked, thought I don't remember swallowing anything small and hard I can definitely tell that it has misshapened slightly and feels less smooth than the other side when I run my tongue across it.

I am in the process of getting dentures in Australia on the public health system. Its taken me over 5 years from Start to now haveing the denture itself made. The enduring physical pain and suffering was the worst thing possible. Months between extraction appointments and endless trips to the emergency for pain relief. They say we have one of the vest health systems in the world. Well. First world highly trained professionals but a system that is flawed and always has been. A private patient would have it all done in 6 months.

You say it takes a few weeks to a few months but everyone I read or other videos say after day 3 extraction sure should be closed. Mine isn’t closed I’m freaking out about dry socket

How long it takes to recover from teeth extraction,I had my surgery on 29th May, the following day I was feeling better ,on 3rd day I started experiencing pain inside both ears , I went back to the doctor she removed the stitches and give m some medication but when I got home I was in terrible pain I was feeling my skull bone, ears was painful and pains at the back of my head, and I am still feeling numb on my mouth and chin and the pain is getting better but I still feel pain in my ear ,should I be worried or I will recover when time goes by?

For the love of ____ can you please sell the floss already in the container?!!! Once I finally got the center part off, getting it back on was just as difficult. I think you should sell fist sized containers so I don’t need to do this more than once every few months!!!

Sometimes decay cannot be helped. I have had severe gastroparesis for about four years now. I've also had hospitalizations for two related small bowel obstructions, where I was literally still vomiting WITH the NG suctioning tube in. My teeth have been completely destroyed by the acid, and I am facing full mouth extractions and dentures at 44 years of age, despite being pretty fastidious about daily care of my teeth. This happens frequently with gastroparesis. I have congenitally deficient enamel, and an on cyclosporine (an immunosuppressive drug known to be rough on gums and teeth) to boot. I still feel intense shame over this; despite being told that it was not my fault. Anyway; just please understand that there are medical reasons why people lose their teeth...it is not always just because they neglected their teeth. Even in cases of neglect, we don't always know the story. Shame doesn't help anyone, and fear of shaming can be part of why people stay away from the dentist.

You seem like an awesome dentist. My problem is I have bad teeth or missing teeth throughout my mouth. I have visited dentists who want to put in partial dentures or implants. Why can't I just get the remaining teeth pulled and get full dentures? Where are you located? Thank you,
