It's been a while, sorry I haven't uploaded lately. This video is from back in June fishing off Cape Charles. We fished a few hours in the morning using cut bunker. We ended up hooking a massive ray that was at least 6' wide and then hooked into a 46" cobia weighing in at 35 lbs. #fishing #saltwaterfishing #cobia #chesapeakebay

rather than pull the motor.. why couldnt you just shim the backside of brackets and just remove the nuts and put nuts with washers back on over bracket ?
You could but I don’t think that would be strong enough with how much force a power pole can put on your boat in heavy current

It saves a lot of time. I prefer it. The more you handle a fish and remove their slime the higher chance of hurting them

No you need backbone, NMEA connector from motor to a t, 12v power supply to a tee, and a drop cable from your simrad to a tee

Nice work! Wanting to do this- I have the 25 with similar layout. one question, the access to the bilge is tight on mine, did this limit yours? For visual inspection, changing bilge pump, etc?
It was already tight, I can still get the bilge hatch off but I’d I needed to work on there I’d just pull the fish box back out

Yes I love it. It rides amazing and can handle some rough water. Doesn’t pound at all but I can still get in some super skinny water. Also had several trips with 5 people casting and had enough room
How's that c hawk ride?
All around not bad. For only a 14 degree deadrise and only draws about 10” it rides very well and can go through 2 foot chop doing 28 no problem.
