    Which book, by which author, does he mean when he says "Altered States of Consciousness"? He says it is a beautiful book, which sparked my interest. But, when I went to Amazon, there were several with similar titles.

    I've already been doing this but I came from a different sector, let's say that seems very frowned upon by many of your fans. But this is Awakening your third eye lol. You might not like the term and some of the woo woo stuff that comes with it, but it's like two people doing the same thing. Just speaking a different language. For me, I wasn't crazy about the woo woo, but I knew what they were doing and what was happening to me had some real benefits. So that's why I came here, to look for the actual science because I know behind every woo woo story. There's some truth. And in many ways, more truth than science could ever tell us at this point in time.

    My favorite breathing exercise is 3 quick breaths and the long sigh, pretty much the same thing as here. You can do it when you're hyperventilating or you feel like you can't get enough air

      Not sure but I've heard that meditating before going to sleep can actually make you aware of your dreams, making it easier to lucid dream. At morning this meditation could also be good.

    O.o :3 Vaping is harder to quit than smoking. About 70% of smokers say they wish they could quit. Only about 5% of people going cold turkey, and may let loved ones know, actually succeed. He was mentioning something about the 65% of the 5%, but the Shorts cuts off. I quit vaping for years, twice. Lol. It was easy. It was mostly fun to blow the vape, and I could do o's a little towards the end.

    :3 Dopamine increase. Dopamine drives people to do things. It raises it 2.5x. That's why so-called ADHD and ADD people love it. Schizophrenics and bipolar people love it, too. It's also used by many people wanting to boost their performance in work, working out, art, etc. It has a two-hour half-life, which is longer than vaped or smoked weed. Nicotine can be used in an antidepressant way. It's also neuroprotective, increases serotonin, relaxes muscles, probably fights Parkinson's and Alzheimer's off, and some other benefits. Just don't smoke, vape, use chewing tobacco, or snuff, and don't take a lot, especially at once. Nicotine can be lethal. Gum or patches are the safest ways. Nicotine is also in tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and some other stuff. It's in the nightshade family of veggies and fruits. I know that it's extremely difficult to get mice addicted to it. The real addiction is the 1k or so chemicals per cigarette, that are carcinogenic (causes cancer). Some people get sick from nicotine easily, and some people not really. Some get bad withdrawals, like some do with caffeine, but with me, like caffeine, I don't get bad withdrawals from nicotine. I've gone months without vaping, and now years. I know vaping is very unhealthy, and it also dries your body out, especially with mods. You inhale metals, and chemicals that aren't fully studied when vaped. Lungs aren't designed to inhale smoke or vape. Weed is better off in teas and in cooked foods. It lasts longer, and it's not wasting away in the air as it wastes away in the air when smoked, and vaped. Shalom.
