Man you can take them snappers an scale them and gut them then stuff his stomach with green pepper onions and cayenne pepper and cabbage and rice mix wrap it with bacon put on the smoker now you need to season it! Like you want but that's good take some shrimp an some ribeye steak chop up an little herbs butter lay like 10 pieces of wide thick bacon put shrimp steak an little herbs butter then you can put chicken to if you want an some people put broccoli too but I don't I wrap it up I chop up jalapeno peppers an put inside then smoke in all in the smoker but I love the way y'all cook my granny cook the same she was from Georgia I started cooking with her when I like 6 I learned it all she was deep into soul food some people try to cook soul food but it no were near it but it all looking good boss man an boss lady
