Why are they taking so long to remove it? I am not even a doctor and I would quickly get tweezers and take it out right after putting the liquid in and wipe afterwards. The doctor in the video was taking her sweet time cleaning outside the ear first before removing it.

If you believe you have one in your ear, never use a cotton swab or any other tool you can stick into the ear, such as tweezers or a paper clip to try removing the bug.
