It is the conformity to authority that makes people arrogant and loose themselves. Pof Feynman has is intelligent, sharp, and a man of individualism as its trait are of a true scientist. No wonder he feels uncomfortable without reason. He is free.

Rather than just a prize, there should be enormous educational effort to explain to the world's schoolchildren what the work being awarded is all about. Make the prize much more about education about the field being awarded, rather than just an honour.
