I don't think when it comes to the roof it really needs all that lattice wood because you dont get snow to take all that weight there needs to be change of how the roof is put together in general the roof should be designed that it takes less wood and the wood should be 2x4 inches thick if it designed and measured properly the carpenter or carpenters should preconstruct the rafters on the ground they need to be able to work with blue prints your architect should be able to draft up everything one time he or she should also give you a 3D plan also

Hello I enjoyed watching your channel. I loved all the stores you have built. My question to you is, why don’t you have a wash room in the stores. If the stores are going to be rented, I am thinking there has to be washroom and a small storage in it since the person renting the store spends hours in there. You guys have done so well. Keep up the good work.

Greetings yes ghana is sweet but it depends on yr mindset i have watched yr channel on and off if there is a common unity of there is not that is why it is expensive look you have a land you build a house and then you will concrete it over then you have to go and buy vegetables and so to me this doesn't make sense the god they say has given them a brain but the majority fail to use it instead of going to church and giving the fake paper call money to the pastors they themselves could build and have what they want instead of waiting on those thieves call politicans/ call government but they will fight each other and fail to see what the thieves are doing all they have to do is to unite but pigs will fly

So glad you and family are settling well in gh. My wife and I who is from Buganda. Will split our lives between ug and gh. We will eventually relocate to gh though so your channel will be very useful to us. The Almighty God continue to watch over and keep you and your precious family. Gh bro.
