It seems to me that if one is in their I AM presence there will be no distraction at all to take one away from that I AM…. The I AM is one with everything and therefore distractions don’t exist 🌷
As long as you maintain a physical focus in a flesh body there will be attempted distractions. However, you can be master over them and stay in contact withe the I AM Presence at the same time.

I just looked it up and Julian was freed on 6/24/24!
My only caution is making sure I meditate and get quiet enough to perceive my pure essence of being (or I AM presence) and thereafter make the affirmations. It is too easy for my ego to take credit for anything the discursive mind says. 20 years ago, I did pranayam until I saw that infinite light over my head, and even though there was great bliss there, it almost felt like I'd had some kind of psychotic break as the light was palpable. Regardless of this experience, I was still a jerk, still unhealed, and still living an unbalanced life. I read about this teaching in your books, and have since then, accepted life and its many joys and sorrows as my path. The most valuable thing I've learned is to stop the cycle of drama by wanting to "save" people. That disempowers them. Now, I just allow the light/love shine brightly in my heart with they hope that everyone I come across become infected with that light. I see Vishnu in everyone and realize God is saving the world one person at a time. It is not his will that any should perish but that all come to eternal life. Thank you for sticking around on earth and sharing these teachings. My life has taken a radical turn as a result of invoking the Violet Flame. The will of God can be a pleasant thing, but I found that God's will can also be the most heartbreaking thing in the world.

Hi peter, it is said that I AM presence takes years to activate how much time did it took in your case?
The Presence is always active. You could not take a breath without it. However, establishing a constant communion with it is an ongoing process. Sometimes it gives you a message when you have not been asking for one. Other times it seems to remain silent. However, by meditating on it, as I describe in my books, you come ever closer to that God Presence.
