I have a 2008 Ford Ranger XL Its got a V6 4.0L engine and averages 22 MPG. With 113,500 miles on odometer the seats are like new..the previous owner always kept the seats covered with seat covers. No dents or damage anywhere. I bought it 6 months ago for $7000. I haven't had to have anything repaired or replaced on it. Its been very reliable.

When I got a 61 CDV, the lady who owned it didnt drive it for years. The bad gas made the valves stick. We added Marvels drop by drop with fresh gas. Worked great!

Rangers are great little trucks and very affordable. Nothing fancy but also less to go wrong. Do the Krown undercoating every year and never let it go.

Pumping the accelerator does nothing when there's no fuel in the bowl Press it once to set the choke and crank the engine.

Just a suggestion when it sits that long prime carb lot easier on starter and battery something does not sound right

You can just feel the gallons pouring through the carburetor, and out the tailpipes! Love it!

Just love this old classic Cadillac. She started up pretty good for sitting that long. You seem to know the trick to getting it started up pretty quick. You just keep pumping the gas pedal like crazy and then she fires right up. If I could make a request on the next cold start video... could you go back filming from inside of the garage and outside the driver's side door like you did in your May 31, 2023 video, but leave the door open this time so we can see more of your cold start technique? Would appreciate it if you could. Keep the cold start videos coming. Thanks for sharing with us!
