I am 19 years old, born on Sunday 1 December 1991 at Schagen, where I have lived my complete life. My school was the ROC Shagen. Commercial employee Back office (level 3, MBO) I Love Sport (mainly football, AZ Alkmaar), singing, music (mainly MOTOWN and of Motown - The Temptations). Worked at a pompstation named Van Wirdum in Schagen with very kind colleagues and also two very kind bosses.
Now work at Van 't Riet Assurantie Advies B.V. at Heerhugowaard.
My parents have separated when I was 8, I live at my fathers (Hans) and stepmothers place (Irma) and with my oldest brother (Kay) we have 2 dogs (Leonbergers Frodo and Heaven), 2 female cats (Binkie and Snoes) and 2 male cats (kruimeltje and Ukkepuk).

I saw the Temptations in Philadelphia in 1968 at the old Uptown Theatre. The whole Motown Revue was there. David Ruffin got too close to the stage edge and a girl grabbed him off the stage. When he finally got the women off himm, his suit jacket and shirt where torn to pieces. Great show !!!

As a Black man, I am so glad to have had the privilege to live during the 1960's...the music is one of the main reasons why.
Me too, though I’m a white mixed with a little Nigerian and other stuff. I think that the little bit of Nigerian must have put a lot of soul in me, except for the dancing part, because my favorite music is R&B and Soul as well as Elvis who learned a lot from the black community.

As a white man I am glad I grew up in the 60's...these guys were the best, we only had two good radio stations that came in good. We had our transistor radio at the pool or park and we all loved the motown sound...great artists and groups...still listening to the good music that nobody can do or perform that way..bless them all

I was 14 years old, living in the UK, We had the beatles, the Stones etc. It was all happening. The Rowan and Martins laugh in was on TV, a group came on and sang "Get Ready'', Yes it was the Temptaions, my musical taste was forever changed. Still a soul boy at 72...........can't help it! Love these guys.
