I was told to be careful how much air to breath into the baby, since their lungs are smaller than an adult.

I am saddened to just learn about the passing of LTC Thurman D. Rodgers. I worked for him in the late 1980's out here at Ft Huachuca, AZ. His Command Sergeant Major was Randy Helton, who was one of my great friends. LTC Rodgers dedicated one of his official Army 8X10 photos to me and I highly cherish it and have it in one of my photo albums. My sincere condolences to June and the entire Rodgers/Scobee family.
